Common questions

Are you licensed to see clients in Ohio?
Yes. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Ohio, one of eleven states where I hold a license, so we can meet legally and ethically wherever in the state you are.
Can I fit sessions around an unpredictable work schedule?
That is one of the biggest advantages of virtual care - no commute means a session fits in a one-hour window, and we can find a consistent time that works around your real life.
Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person?
For most concerns, yes — research consistently finds telehealth therapy comparable to in-person care. Sessions happen over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform: all you need is privacy, a device with a camera, and an internet connection.
