Whatever brought you here, therapy is a place to be heard without judgment and to build real, lasting tools for change.
When worry or heaviness runs the show, life shrinks. Learn practical, evidence-based tools to quiet the noise, lift the fog, and reclaim your day.
Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind. I have particular experience supporting athletes, military veterans, and first responders on the road to healing.
A shame-free space to work through sexual trauma, performance concerns, and intimacy struggles — so connection can feel safe and satisfying again.
Using the Gottman Method and family systems work, couples and families learn to fight fair, repair trust, and build deeper connection.
A genuinely affirming space to explore identity, navigate relationships and family dynamics, and thrive as your whole, authentic self.
Therapy that honors your lived experience — with dedicated focus on Black and Hispanic communities, single parents, and racial justice allies.
When faith or a faith community has been a source of wounding, healing means taking both the pain and the sacred seriously — and rebuilding meaning on your own terms.
When your worth feels tied to achievement, even success brings pressure instead of peace. Learn to quiet the inner critic and perform from confidence, not fear.
Healing happens when the whole person is welcomed into the room — body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Aaron J. Kimble
I believe healing happens when the whole person is welcomed into the room — body, mind, and spirit. My work is collaborative: you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with skill, honesty, and genuine care as we build a treatment plan that actually fits you.
I hold a PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with eight years in practice and more than 5,000 hours of direct client experience. I work with teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families — in person at my Atlanta office or virtually across Georgia, Florida, Vermont, South Carolina, and New York — with dedicated experience serving Black and Hispanic communities, LGBTQ+ clients, single parents, athletes, veterans, and first responders.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor them to your goals, your pace, and your story.
My approach centers on holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit. In our first sessions we'll clarify what you want out of therapy, then collaboratively develop a personalized plan drawing from these modalities:
A sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier, and a $25 consultation is a low-pressure way to see if we're a good fit. In-network with:
