How I Can Help

Specialties

Whatever brought you here, therapy is a place to be heard without judgment and to build real, lasting tools for change.

Anxiety & Depression

When worry or heaviness runs the show, life shrinks. Learn practical, evidence-based tools to quiet the noise, lift the fog, and reclaim your day.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind. I have particular experience supporting athletes, military veterans, and first responders on the road to healing.

Sexual Health & Intimacy

A shame-free space to work through sexual trauma, performance concerns, and intimacy struggles — so connection can feel safe and satisfying again.

Couples & Relationships

Using the Gottman Method and family systems work, couples and families learn to fight fair, repair trust, and build deeper connection.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Care

A genuinely affirming space to explore identity, navigate relationships and family dynamics, and thrive as your whole, authentic self.

Culturally Responsive Care

Therapy that honors your lived experience — with dedicated focus on Black and Hispanic communities, single parents, and racial justice allies.

Spiritual & Religious Trauma

When faith or a faith community has been a source of wounding, healing means taking both the pain and the sacred seriously — and rebuilding meaning on your own terms.

Perfectionism & Performance Anxiety

When your worth feels tied to achievement, even success brings pressure instead of peace. Learn to quiet the inner critic and perform from confidence, not fear.

Common Questions

FAQ

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
Both. You can meet with me in person at my Atlanta office (1720 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 431) or over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform from anywhere in Georgia, Florida, Vermont, South Carolina, or New York — I'm licensed in all five states. Many clients mix the two — whatever fits your life best.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've tried before, and what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll start shaping a plan together. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. Not sure yet? A $25 consultation is a low-pressure way to see if we're a good fit.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CareSource, Cigna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay sessions are $185 for individuals and $220 for couples, and a sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier. Booking through SonderMind verifies your benefits up front so there are no surprises.
Who do you work with?
I see individuals, couples, and families — teens and adults — in person in Atlanta or virtually anywhere in Georgia, Florida, Vermont, South Carolina, and New York. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive, with dedicated experience serving Black and Hispanic communities, single parents, athletes, veterans, and first responders. Everyone is welcome, whatever your background, identity, or belief system.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly sessions, which builds momentum early in the work. As you progress, we may move to biweekly or as-needed sessions. We'll decide together what pace serves you best.
