Virtual therapy, anywhere in Florida
Real therapy with a licensed counselor - from your living room in Miami, your lunch break in Orlando, or your porch in the Panhandle. No waiting rooms, no traffic on I-95.

Care for the whole Sunshine State
Florida is not one place, and the right therapist is rarely the closest one. Sessions reach South Florida from Miami through Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, the I-4 corridor through Tampa, St. Petersburg and Orlando, Jacksonville and the northeast, the Gulf coast down through Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples, and the panhandle out past Tallahassee to Pensacola.
Clients join from Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Hialeah, Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, Cape Coral, Port St. Lucie and Gainesville, and from the towns in between. Because everything happens over secure video, availability is exactly the same wherever in the state you are: the deciding factor becomes fit rather than distance.
When we can meet
Because Florida keeps Eastern time, every slot you see is already in your own clock. Nothing to convert.
In your local time, appointments run weekdays, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sessions start on the hour, need at least 24 hours' notice, and can be booked up to four weeks ahead. One local wrinkle: the western panhandle, roughly from the Apalachicola River across to Pensacola, sits on Central time rather than Eastern. If that is you, everything above shifts an hour earlier, so the day runs 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM in your clock.
For people whose year has two addresses
Florida gains a large seasonal population every winter, and a fair number of Floridians spend part of the year somewhere cooler. That matters more for therapy than most people expect, because a therapy license follows where the client is physically sitting during the session, not where they get their mail.
So the question is not whether you are a Florida resident. It is which state you are in on the day we meet. I hold licenses in eleven states, which means many seasonal patterns are covered end to end: a winter in Florida and a summer in Minnesota, Ohio, New York or Vermont all work without a break in care.
Florida is also a long state. Naples to Tallahassee is a serious drive, and in much of the state the nearest therapist who works with your particular concern is not close. Virtual care makes fit the deciding factor instead of distance.
