My Approach
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor them to your goals, your pace, and your story.
Holistic & Evidence-Based
My approach centers on holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit. In our first sessions we'll clarify what you want out of therapy, then collaboratively develop a personalized plan drawing from these modalities:
Fees
A sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier, and a free consultation is a low-pressure way to see if we're a good fit.
I don't bill insurance directly, which keeps your care private. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. There is more on how a superbill works and what therapy costs in Atlanta without insurance.
